19. Subsequent Events On March 11, 2021, the Company entered into a securities purchase agreement with Auctus Fund, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Auctus”), pursuant to which the Company issued to Auctus a senior secured convertible promissory note in the principal amount of $1,500,000 with a one-year term (the “Auctus Note”). The Auctus Note was fully repaid by the Company, including all principle and interest, on March 15, 2022 which thereby extinguished the Auctus Note in its entirety. |
