13. Subsequent Events
The Company has evaluated subsequent events for the potential recognition or disclosure through January [__] 2020, the date the financial statements were available to be issued, and has determined that the following matter should be disclosed in the accompanying condensed financial statements. On November 6, 2019 and pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement, the Company issued an additional 49,230,497 shares of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share, in a private placement offering to accredited investors valued at $0.014 per share and raised $560,000. Proceeds from this offering are expected to be used for working capital and general business operations. |
