17. Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events for the potential recognition or disclosure through May 17, 2021, the date the financial statements were available to be issued, and has determined that the following matter should be disclosed in the accompanying condensed financial statements. Effective as of May 3, 2021, the Board approved an increase of the number of authorized shares of common stock reserved under our 2019 Long-Term Incentive Plan from 17,000,000 shares of common stock to 20,000,000 shares of common stock. |
