Net Loss Per Common Share	3. Net Loss Per Common Share Basic loss per share data is computed using the weighted-average number of shares of common stock outstanding during the period. Diluted loss per share data is computed using the weighted-average number of common and dilutive common-equivalent shares outstanding during the period. Dilutive common-equivalent shares consist of shares that would be issued upon the exercise of stock options and other common stock equivalents, computed using the treasury stock method. The number of shares that may be issued for share-based payment awards under the Company’s 2019 Long-Term Incentive Plan are excluded from the calculation of weighted average dilutive common shares for the three months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, to the extent they are issued and outstanding, because their effect would be anti-dilutive.
