Commitments and Contingencies	16. Commitments and Contingencies Litigation The Company may be subject to legal proceedings and claims that arise in the ordinary course of business. Management is not currently aware of any matters that will have a material effect on the condensed consolidated financial position, results of operations, or cash flows of the Company. Service Agreement On March 21, 2023, the Company entered into a Services Agreement with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Holdings (US) LLC (“Haleon”) to supply material for a consumer product to be developed and released in the future. There can be no guaranty that a consumer product will be released or, if released, that it will be successful.

Litigation
